Steps to Submit Your Paper to DELCON2025
Step 1: Make a CMT account (if you do not already have one)
Authors will need a CMT account in order to submit a paper.
If you do not already have a CMT account, register here: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/User/Register
Step 2: Prepare your manuscript
Please refer to the instructions below for how to prepare your manuscript.
- Manuscript Template: Paper submissions must be prepared using the IEEE Conference Templates. The templates are available here: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
- Manuscript File Type: You may edit/format your manuscript using MS Word or LaTex but finally your submission through CMT must be a PDF file.
- Length of the Camera Ready paper: Length of the camera-ready paper should not exceed 8 pages (A4), including figures, tables and references, having double column and single line spacing.
Step 3: Submit your manuscript
Once your manuscript is prepared as per the instructions above (Step 2):
- Visit the following submission link to start the submission process:
https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/DELCON2025
- Login to your CMT account (the one you made in Step 1)
- Select your role on the dropdown menu as “Author”
- You need the following information:
- Title of your paper
- Abstract of your paper
- A SINGLE PDF FILE that contains the properly formatted manuscript
- Primary Subject Area (Track)
- Secondary Subject Area (Track) (if applicable)
- Follow the detailed steps on “SUBMIT TO A SINGLE TRACK CONFERENCE” provided in the official submission guide by CMT accessible at the link below: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/docs/help/author/author-submission-form.html
IEEE Conference Proceedings
All accepted & presented papers of the conference by duly registered authors will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for Publication. DELCON proceedings are indexed by SCOPUS and Google Scholar.
