Registration Rules

To attend the conference for your accepted paper presentation, the following steps have to be executed:

1. Payment of Registration fee.

Payment of the Registration fee as per your category is to be completed.

Payment is possible by Online modes. The details of the account to which online Payments for the Registration Fee are to be made are as follows.

While making online payment, authors are further requested to mention the  conference Name “DELCON 2025” with their Paper ID clearly in the Payment Remark to enable us to trace your payment in the Bank Statement (e.g. Payment for Paper ID 92 must be mentioned as DELCON2025ID92) 

Registration Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration is required for participation.

Please note that only the registered authors will be entitled to receive the certificate after the presentation. The registration fee covers processes related to Conference organisation and Hospitality.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Payments made against the registration fee are not refundable.

3. To Avail the IEEE Membership Discount on Registration Fees

IEEE Members must mention their valid IEEE membership number and attach a copy of the membership card to the registration form.

4. Multiple Papers/Authors

• In a paper with more than one author, at least one author must pay the full registration fee, while others can avail the co-author discount. Co-authors can register only after at least one author has registered and paid the full fee.

Co-Authors (provided one of the author has registered) of accepted paper have to compulsorily indicate paper ID in registration form.

• If multiple papers are accepted of a single author and will be presented by the same author at the conference, a discount of 50% in the registration fee is applicable for every second paper.

5. Students/Phd Scholars Registration

The full-time Bonafide students as on 31st October, 2025, must submit the Bonafide Certificate from their Institute/College/Department along with registration fee details.

Before filling the form, keep the following documents/details ready.

1. Transaction No./Ref. No./UTR No./UPI No.
2. Valid IEEE Membership Proof (if applicable)
3. Bonafide Student Certificate (if applicable)

Upload all above in a single pdf file with file name as per ID (e.g. for Paper ID 92, the file name can be mentioned as PAPERID92)
