Launch of Yuva Sangam Phase VI under Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB)

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that the Ministry of Education, Government of India, has launched Yuva Sangam Phase VI under the flagship initiative Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB). The programme is an important youth exchange initiative aimed at promoting national integration and strengthening mutual understanding among youth from different States and Union Territories of India.

As per the communication received from the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, the online registration for Yuva Sangam Phase VI commenced on 2nd March 2026 and will remain open until 18th March 2026.

The Yuva Sangam programme provides an excellent opportunity for youth aged between 18–30 years to participate in educational and cultural exchange visits to paired States/UTs. The programme focuses on the five key areas known as the “5 Ps”:

  • Paryatan (Tourism)
  • Parampara (Traditions)
  • Pragati (Development)
  • Prodyogiki (Technology)
  • Paraspar Sampark (People-to-People Connect)

In this regard, you are kindly requested to:

  1. Disseminate this information widely among students, research scholars, and youth associated with your department/centre/institution.
  2. Encourage eligible students and young professionals (including NSS/NCC volunteers) to participate and register on the official portals:

  3. Promote the programme through departmental notice boards, websites, and social media platforms to ensure maximum participation from Jamia Millia Islamia.
