Registration Guidelines:

1	At least one author must register at full registration charges & present the paper for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.
2	Registration and CRC submission formalities of the accepted paper must be completed before deadline.
3	Extra page charges are applicable after exceeding the 12 page limit, but only 3 extra pages (after 12 pages) are allowed per accepted paper. Maximum length of the registered paper should not exceed 15 pages.
4	Full registration fee includes the base charges (for first 12 pages) and extra pages charges (if any). The author has to pay the combined fee payment. Payment must be made in INR (Indian author/delegate) or USD (Foreign author/delegate).
5	The registration fee includes the Conference Kit, Tea/Coffee, working Lunch, and access to all inaugural/valedictory sessions, technical sessions, and invited talks by the Experts/Speakers.
6	Conference registration fee is non-refundable i.e. No refunds after acceptance and registration is permitted.
7	If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has also to be registered at full registration charges separately for their inclusion in Conference Proceedings.
8	UG/PG Students and Full time Research Scholars have to submit their scanned copy of the valid ID Card along with the Registration form to avail the deduction during registration process.
9	UG/PG Students and Full time Research Scholars have to produce the original and valid ID Card when coming to deliver the paper presentation.
10	Do take a snapshot of the payment confirmation page as receipt of the payment after making the payment.

12	The registered author should submit the filled registration form along with an e-receipt of payment. Do mention the AIMCON-2026 (PID: xyz) in transaction remarks.
