The process of imparting and gaining knowledge becomes all the more smooth and easy if there are proper means at our easy disposal. Keeping this in mind Jamia Senior Secondary School provides various facilities to its student such as laboratories of different subject and a spacious and well maintained library. The school possesses a big playground which is utilized for the purpose of N.C.C. training and other sports. The school has a canteen which serves fresh, hygienic and nutritious food.
The school also provides hostel facility for its out station students. Adding to the glory of the school, there is a beautiful mosque in the school premises
Hostel
Second shift school hostel become a boon for the second shift school hostel from class 9th to 12th was started by the great pleasure of honorable vice chancellor Mr. Syed Shahid Mehdi during session 2001-02.Under supervision of Second shift school incharge Late Mr. Rao Mohd. Iliyas. Vice chancellor was very keen to give more accommodation for Second Shift school students.
Dining hall and hostel were renovated during session 2002-05. Dining hall is very well decorated. Library facility is provided for night hour study in hostel campus.
It is the place having homely environment for all round development. Every year, boarders of second shift hostel are getting good academic achievement because they are getting good and homely environment for their all round development.
Second shift school hostel has presently three hostels. Which are having total capacity 126.

Laboratory
'What you do is what you learn' goes the motto of laboratories in Jamia Senior Secondary School. The School provides some of the most basic facilities to its students in the form of well equipped and well maintained laboratories for science, commerce and arts students to perform their respective experiments.
Physics Lab:
The Physics lab is well maintain Lab with all necessary equipments required to perform experiments till (10+2) Level. The sensitive and expensive electronic components and equipments are kept in lockers to avoid miss use and miss placement. The process of issue and returning of equipments is at the same time strict as well as quick so that the students can devote their maximum time in performing experiments.
Chemistry Lab:
The Chemistry lab well maintained Lab with every equipments and chemicals are available for performing experiments. The students are allotted their own experiment table and each such table contains every necessary reagent for experimental purpose. There is always an experience teacher supervising the students with all essential details.
Biology Lab:
The Biology lab has all necessary biological equipments, samples and species for experimental purpose till (10+2)level, including the latest model of compound microscope and profusion of interesting slides.
Computer Lab:
To impart advance knowledge, Computer education is imparted to all students from std. III to (10+2) level. The computer lab is fully air conditioned and contains sufficient numbers of computers, with internet facilities in most of them.
Geography Lab:
The geography lab is well maintained and contains all the essential maps, models and educational charts.
Library
The school library is named after one of the greatest exponents of his time, Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Madholvi . Books on every subject studied at the school level are kept here .For the benefits of students, books of various publishers are kept here for every subject, without exception. These are periodically renewed according to the latest syllabus and format .The library notice board provides every information and notice prior hand regarding every amendment in syllabus, or be it competitive tests, exams, Olympiads etc.
One of the most important features of school library is that it is located a bit away from the main school building, which keeps it aloof from unnecessary disturbances. As a result, one finds it easier to concentrate and an atmosphere of ‘thirst for knowledge’ prevails. Apart from these, the school library has a regular subscription of newspapers and magazines providing every information of current affairs in varied field of interest.
Play Ground and Sports Facilities
A very large grassy playground with a large seating capacity to promote game ethics, sportsmanship and camaraderie among the students.

- Cricket, Foot-ball, Basket-ball, Volley-ball, Hockey, Badminton, Table tennis and Athletics are some of the highlights.
- Its playground is well maintained where friendly matches between university faculty and administration are also held.
- Different tournaments like Foot Ball , Basket ball, Cricket etc. are being held by the school.
Hamari Speaker
Our School, Jamia Senior Secondary School(S/F) was invited by Lok Sabha TV show "Hamari Speaker" on the occasion of the celebration of 60th year of Indian Parliament Democracy on 25th April 2012. 23 students and 4 teachers of our school participated in interaction-session with Hon’ble Speaker of Lok Sabha Mrs. Meira Kumar. Lok Sabha TV conducted 12 sessions (with different themes) spreading awareness about Parliamentary Democracy among school students and youth. Our Session with Hon’ble Speaker of Lok Sabha was the last one. Its theme was “The First Lok Sabha”. The Hon’ble Speaker shared very interesting information regarding first Lok Sabha as she answered different questions of students. Members of Parliament of First Lok Sabha were very senior. Average age of the members was 47. They were highly qualified-37% Graduate, 17% Post Graduate and 37 were Advocates. First Legislative bill of Lok Sabha was on untouchability. Hon’ble Speaker also told that members of Lok Sabha do homework for meetings and interaction such as with the students and so on. It was a memorable and motivating event for students and Teachers.
