General Instructions

Manuscripts submitted for initial consideration must adhere to the following guidelines:

1 The submission of the manuscript (written in the English language) in soft copy needs to be sent through email to the corresponding Editor-in-Chief/Editor, jom[at]jmi[dot]ac[dot]in . The submission of the paper will be deemed to imply that it represents the results of original research and has not been published previously, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that if accepted for the journal, it will not be published elsewhere.
2 A cover letter must accompany every manuscript submission. The cover letter should include: a brief paragraph pointing out the significance of the reported work. b. author(s) name, affiliation, and contact details.
3 The actual paper should commence from the second page containing the title, followed by the abstract, keywords, and the main paper. The author's name should not be mentioned anywhere except on the first page (cover page).
4 The abstract should be clear and provide an appropriate summary of each article's content. It should briefly describe the objectives, explain how the study was done, and summarize the key results. The abstract should be written in past tense and should not be more than 250 words. Avoid the use of abbreviations and references in the abstract.
5 Correction of the proofs is the responsibility of the Corresponding Author. The Corresponding Author of an accepted manuscript will receive an e-mail notification and complete instructions when page proofs are available for review.
6 All articles published by ‘JMI Journal of Management’ are accessible online immediately upon publication.
7 'JMI Journal of Management' will be the copyright holder of all the articles and will have the right to use, reproduce, or disseminate the articles.
8 Authors must submit an electronic copyright form upon submitting their final manuscript files (Camera-ready paper). The corresponding author is responsible for obtaining the agreement of all co-authors and any consent required from employers or sponsors before submitting an article.
9 Authors themselves are responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals and/or security clearances.
