Professor Veera Gupta is a researcher, teacher educator, policy maker, and implementer at subnational, national, and international levels. She has obtained her educational qualifications from institutions of repute: Delhi University, Dayal Bagh Deemed University (Agra), M.S. University (Baroda), NCERT (New Delhi), Roehampton University (UK), and DDAI (USA). She has collaborated with numerous national organizations, including Delhi University, Baroda University, NIHFW, NIEPA, USEFI, Ed.CIL, and CBSE on academic assignments. Professor Gupta has provided consultancy services to regulatory bodies such as the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, UGC, NCTE, and UPSC. Several international organizations, including the World Bank, UNICEF, and UNFPA, have sought her expertise for research and training assignments.
