Dr Sarah Ahtesham, working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and Business Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a doctorate with management as specialization. Her core area of interest is human resource management, organizational behavior, business environment, business communication and sustainability. She has several research papers published in national and international journals of repute. Dr Sarah Ahtesham is author of three books on “Environmental science”. She has been a presenter and participant for several national and international conferences.
Dr Sarah has vast teaching experience working across institutions of repute in Delhi and Hyderabad, Telangana. She has also worked for extracurricular activities related to being a supervisor to the literary society, CSR cell, have also been a part of the IQAC team of her prior organization, conducted Environment awareness programs and protection campaigns, personality development sessions for graduation and post-graduation students. She constantly strives towards updating both research and teaching methodologies to equip students with latest version of theoretical concepts which would be highly relevant for the society and future of the students pursuing courses of their interest.
