an M.B.A (Marketing) from AMU, Aligarh and Ph.D. in Marketing from Jamia Millia Islamia. Entered Academics after working 14 years in Corporate Sales & Marketing. He teaches Strategic Management, Sales & Distribution Management, Consumer Behavior, International Marketing, & Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Have published 11 books. The Third Edition of his book on “Customer Relationship Management” has been published by Oxford University Press, New Delhi . He has published many articles in refereed national and international journals and organized many Conferences, Seminars and Faculty Development Programs. He has participated in a number of international conferences, seminars, events, and panel discussions. He is a Reviewer of many journals  Emerald Emerging Market Case Studies, European Marketing Journal, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing & Logistics and has also been an Article Editor for Sage Open journals. He is Vice President Communications of IACMP (International Advisory Council for the Marketing Profession) an honorary position of International Institute of Marketing Professionals, Canada. His research interests are in Strategic Management, Consumer Behavior, CRM, Digital Marketing & Entrepreneurship.
