Delhi Policy Group

The Delhi Policy Group is an independent think tank whose aim is to develop a non-partisan consensus on issues of national interest, including security, human development, technology and foreign affairs.

The Group runs a Program on Developing Durable Peace Processes and Partners. The aim of this Program is to stimulate thinking on how to make a lasting peace, by networking think tanks and universities in India and Europe, bringing together present and next generation policymakers, and working with civil society institutions as partners for peace.

In 2005, the Jamia Millia Islamia and Delhi Policy Group entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This collaboration resulted in the NMCPCR associating with the Delhi Policy Group’s student programme, which links seven Indian universities, and is working towards curriculum development on peace processes through workshops comprising simulations and scenario-building around case studies.
