M.B.A (Marketing) from AMU, Aligarh and Ph.D. in Marketing from Jamia Millia Islamia. Entered Academics after working 14 years in Corporate Sales & Marketing. His Specialization is in Marketing. He teaches Sales & Distribution Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Digital Marketing & Retail Management. Have published 11 books. The Second Edition of his last book on “Customer Relationship Management” published by Oxford University Press, New Delhi has been released. He has published many articles in refereed national and international journals and organized many Conferences, Seminars and Faculty Development Programs. He has participated in a number of international conferences, seminars, events, and panel discussions. He is a Reviewer of many journals like Emerald Emerging Market Case Studies, European Marketing Journal, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing & Logistics and Article Editor for Sage Open journals. He is Vice President Communications of IACMP (International Advisory Council for the Marketing Profession) an honorary position of International Institute of Marketing Professionals, Canada.
His research interests are in Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing & Marketing Analytics.
