Press Release: Blood Donation Camp at Jamia

The NSS, Youth Friendly Health Centre, ICTC & Red Ribbon Clubs at Jamia Millia Islamia are coming together yet again to organize a“Blood Donation Camp” in collaboration with Rotary Blood Bank and Rotary Clubs of Indraprastha Okhla on February 23, 2012 from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.

The camps would be held at three different venues on campus. These are:

(a) Jamia Main Campus

(b) Centre for Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Sciences

(c) Faculty of Engineering & Technology Campus

The aim of the drive is to collect 500 units of blood.

This is not the first time that the university community has organized a Blood Donation Camp on campus. The NSS has been extremely active in organizing several such camps in the past too where students and other members of the university community have come forward to donate blood.
