i) The candidates applying for Urdu medium seats should have passed High School or higher examination with Urdu as an optional subject. Easy Urdu or Elementary Urdu will not be treated as a subject for consideration under this category.

ii) The candidate who has been admitted in the B.F.A. courses shall have to study easy Urdu, if they have not studied it at least Xth standard and / or have not obtained any Certificate for having passed an examination in Urdu. It will be essential for the students to pass the examination in easy Urdu in order to get the degree. However, foreign student visually handicapped / impaired student will exempted from this clause.

iii) It is compulsory to the candidate to appear in all the three respective tests, and in interview with portfolio.

iv) Materials required for test: Colors, brushes, pencils 2B, 3B, 4B, 6B, water colour, Rubber, water bowl, acrylic colour, count stick, charcoal stick, drawing board, eraser, water proof black ink, instrument box with set square, scissors for paper cutting, glue stick/gum etc.

v) Paper will be provided by the Department.

vi) Candidate should have to bring their original paintigs, drawing, sketches at the time of interview
