The UGC has sanctioned Rs. 400.00 lacs for the establishment of the academy as per letter No. F.49-3/2004(CU) dated ; 30/10/2006 as first charge of the 11th Plan till it comes to end by March,2012 under Non-Recurring Grants which includes the following for :

1.  Building + Furniture & Furnishing = Rs. 325.00 lacs
2.  Equipments = Rs. 40.00 lacs
3.  Books and Journals = Rs. 15.00 lacs
4.  Programme Cost = Rs. 20.00 lacs
