Semester I: July to December. Students have to do two compulsory and one optional courses. 
Semester II: January to June
Students have to do one compulsory and two optional courses. The courses to be done by the research scholars will be decided upon by the Research Committee.
Semester III-IV: July to April

Dissertation
Evaluation: Students shall be evaluated on the basis of one term paper in each course, which they are required to present and defend apart from the end-semester
examination.
